On May 4, 2010, I noted that Portugal, whose population is predominently Roman Catholic, was on the verge of approving gay marriage. (See “

Hi, Lionel! Yes, it is true... And of corse lots of controversy... But things are going to the usual and that minority has no their rights in the law... But it is curious that their associations here weren't demanding a so clear gay marriage, but an intermediate structure to preserve both their rights and the interests of the conservative catholics... Things aren't so clear as we could think... But yes, it is a great progress!...
